Terms and Conditions By enrolling in this course, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions between you (“Student”) and [Your Business Name] (“Instructor”). All classes and materials are provided for educational purposes only. Participation does not create a therapeutic or medical relationship. The Instructor is not responsible for individual results or outcomes. 1. Payments Each single class is $30 CAD. A monthly package including two classes is $50 CAD. Payment is due at registration through the accepted methods shown at checkout. Access is granted only after payment is received. Packages expire 30 days after purchase and unused sessions are non-refundable. 2. Refunds and Cancellations Once access is granted, all sales are final. Refunds are only available if the Instructor cancels a class without rescheduling. Students who provide at least 24 hours’ written notice before a scheduled session may request to transfer attendance to another class. Missed or partial attendance is non-refundable. 3. Course Access and Use You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access course materials. Login credentials and digital materials may not be shared, copied, or uploaded to any website or AI platform. Violation may result in termination of access without refund. 4. Intellectual Property All course content, including text, recordings, slides, and downloads, is the sole property of [Your Business Name]. These materials are protected by copyright and may not be reused or distributed without written permission. 5. Disclaimer of Liability The course content is for learning and self-development. The Instructor makes no guarantees regarding outcomes. You are solely responsible for applying any information received. Privacy Personal information collected for registration or payment is used only for course administration and will not be shared or sold to third parties, except as required by law. 7. Termination and Conduct The Instructor may remove any student from a course for disruptive behavior, sharing materials, or violating these Terms. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. 8. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
