Happy Friday. This week we work on depression and balancing the three brains. Helping them balance so that each one works with the other instead of the head brain usurping the power from the others.
This imbalance can cause us to avoid issues or process emotions. It can freeze us in our routine and stop us from going forward. It can be voice in our head that might sound like us but isn't always looking out for our best interest so much as keeping the status quo.
