The gallbladder, in holistic perspectives, is linked to courage, decision-making, and expressing oneself. It’s believed to store resentment, bitterness, and suppressed emotions, which can manifest as blockages affecting communication. When unaddressed, these emotional stagnations may contribute to depression, timidity, or difficulty speaking up.
