Terryann, I have just listened to this session and it was extremely powerful for me. I have been feeling dizzy, ungrounded and unsteady and after you worked on dizziness, there was a shift - the ungrounded and unsteady feeling was not there anymore. Also, I have had some pain in my hip for a couple of weeks - it came after a workout - and as soon as you mentioned the musculature I remembered this pain and felt around the painful area and there was an immediate release! I flexed my hip a few times and the pain had gone. That part of the session also helped my stiff upper arm - even if it hasn’t completely loosened yet. Thank you Terryann! Shahla
