Balancing work and self-care, managing stress and cortisol, and adopting healthy habits and mindsets all contribute to positive aging and overall health. Additional benefits come from sunlight exposure, brain training techniques, creating affirmations, and prioritizing physiological needs to foster energy and resilience.
